A French classic! Shortbread crust with a silky egg custard, homemade crème fraîche, Gruyère, bacon, salt and black pepper filling. 

Shortbread crust: flour, butter, water, sea salt.

We recommend lightly warming the quiche prior to serving: tent with foil and warm for about 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated 350-degree oven.

Although the photo is of our individual sized quiche, the Quiche Lorraine on our latest menu is a 9" shareable quiche.
